Today, Apple released updates to its consumer image management application, iPhoto, and its professional image management application, Aperture. Both of these updates fix bugs in each software package.
Ergotron’s WorkFit-C Dual Impressions and Thoughts
I have owned an Ergotron DS100 dual monitor stand since late 2009 and have used it at every desk I have had. Earlier this year, I started thinking about buying another DS100 but instead getting the double stacked model. MacBook Pro Speed, Graphics, and Storage Upgraded
Today, Apple silently upgraded processors, graphics cards, and storage options in its MacBook Pro lineup. The improvements are fairly minor and represent incremental upgrades to the lineup based on additional processor releases from Intel. The upgrades cover the 13-inch, 15-inch, and 17-inch models.

Canon EOS-1D X Digital SLR Announced as new Flagship but not until March 2012; November 3rd Looms
It’s exciting whenever a new camera is released and this one has been a long time in coming. Canon’s previous models have been out for quite a while now. The Canon EOS-1D X is poised to fill the space that both the EOS-1Ds Mark III and EOS-1D Mark IV occupied. Timing was somewhat of odd on this release but I believe there is a very good reason.
Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot Released Running on Linux 3.0 Kernel

Today marks the official release of Ubuntu 11.10 named Oneiric Ocelot. Ubuntu has been making great progress with each new release. This release has a great deal of improvements and is the first Ubuntu release to use the Linux 3.0 Kernel
NYTimes App Now in iOS 5’s Newsstand
The first news apps are starting to show up in Newsstand and on my iPhone, the first one to show up was the NYTimes app. So far it looks nice. I am looking forward to actual updates coming through.
iOS 5 Released for Apple TV
iOS 5 Released with iMessage, iCloud, Twitter, Notification Center, and More

Apple has released the newest version of the iOS operating system in the form of iOS 5.0. This release adds an impressive number of new features including iMessage, iCloud compatibility, Twitter integration at the system level, the vastly improved Notification Center, Safari with Reading List, Newsstand, improved Mail support, and more. This is the most significant release of iOS yet.
